The Community Housing Department is responsible for the property management of the public housing owned by the United Counties of Leeds & Grenville.

The Department manages these assets as two portfolios:

1. The Leeds/Brockville portfolio has 381 units consisting of 104 family units and 277 adult/senior units. These properties are located in Brockville, Mallorytown, Lansdowne, Gananoque and Westport.
2. The Grenville/Prescott portfolio has 286 units consisting of 75 family units and 211 adult/senior units. These properties are located in Prescott, Cardinal, Spencerville, Kemptville and Merrickville.
