The eligibility criteria for special needs housing:

March of Dimes

• Persons who require support service in the area of health needs, personal care and essential homemaking services and to obtain affordable rental accommodations in premises which are suitable for their special needs.
• People with health needs, personal care needs, essential homemaking services, geared to income housing.

Leeds and Grenville Rehabilitation and Counselling Services

• Priority to person with severe mental illness.
• 16 years of age or older.
• Individuals living on a fixed income.
• Must be prepared to work with a Case Manager.
• Case Management psycho Social Rehabilitation/Life Skills development
• Supported geared to income housing.
• Housing Registry
• Service Counselling
• Vocational and Educational Services
• Social Recreational Activities/Drop in Canteen
