The unit's primary focus is to ensure program integrity, accountability and the achievement of efficiencies across the various departments in the Community and Social Service's Division. These include Community Housing, Finance/Special Service department, Children's Services and the Ontario Works department.
The Department staff includes Manager, Policy Analyst, Emergency Planner/Trainer, Program Review Officer and Case Presenting Officer.
The functions of the department are to provide policy development, program audit and operational reviews, data analysis and training in order to achieve standardization in the Division.
Members of the Community and Social Services Division Senior Management Team are responsible to provide on call after hours service to those residents of the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville who are homeless as a result of fire, eviction, or other unforeseen circumstances. |
