The Case Presenting Officer in Program Review and Quality Assurance is responsible for the completion of all internal appeals for client´s served by the Ontario Works, Children’s Services and Community Housing Departments, rendering objective, unbiased decisions.

It is also the Case Presenting Officer’s responsibility to defend decisions with respect to Ontario Works which have gone forward to the Social Benefits Tribunal.

After an internal decision has been rendered, a request to have the case heard by the Social Benefits Tribunal can be submitted.
