The Technical Coordinator is responsible for providing technical expertise with respect to buildings owned and leased by the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville. This may include any or all of the following:

  • Routine Inspection, Evaluation and Reporting
  • Provide Advice on Short and Long Term Needs
  • Construction Planning
  • Estimating
  • Contract Preparation, Administration and Inspection
  • Overseeing the work of building services consultants and contractors
  • Provide advice and assistance to housing boards, departmental staff, building maintenance staff, custodians and residents.
