The Planning component of the Public Works Department provides professional land use planning advice to Council, staff, and Land Division Committee. The County Planner administers subdivision approval authority for Leeds and Grenville and coordinates special studies such as the county-wide Groundwater Management Study. The Planning office is located at 458 Laurier Boulevard in Brockville.
